New home gym equipment

Writer's picture: Joe TryonJoe Tryon

It's the time of year where new home gym equipment becomes a very popular purchase. This is the set that I recommend to almost everyone looking for a home set to start: Bodylastics Resistance Bands. This is an outstanding brand with many features that make it stand out. Everything is durable. The bands have built-in snap protection. The handles are comfortable with large rings to allow for band stacking. The anchors don't damage the bands. The end clips maintain their position. I use these almost everyday both for myself and with my clients. There are lots of other options out there, some may be more suitable to specific requirements, but all-things-being-equal, this is where to start!
